The RT-2000 is designed to meet the need for testing low tack products.  These products can be various adhesive, prepregnated or other materials that exhibit tack like characteristics.

  • Rugged construction, capable of withstanding the abuse of the production
  • environment
  • Advanced digital speed control with stepper motor
  • Selectable speeds of 1-24 ipm (3-60 cpm)
  • Speed Selectable in increments of 1” (2cm)
  • Test angle is permanently set for 180° testing
  • 5 pound load cell is included with the machine
  • Unit is supplied with a Roller Assembly with a mass of 1500gr (+/-15gr)
  • The Roller itself has a mass of 1220gr (+/-15gr)
  • Other Size rollers are available
  • Testing Stage is 2.5” (6.35cm) wide and 11”(28cm) Long with a 16 RMS surface finish
  • Samples are applied either directly to the testing stage or with double sided tape
  • Test samples should be at least 6”(15cm)
  • Can run individual tests or up to 7 tests in a batch.
  • Operating temperature range 32°-122° F (0°-50° C)
  • Capable of stand-alone operation with integrated digital touchscreen display
  • Data can be downloaded to EZ Data software for complete data management
  • Universal input voltage from 85-265 VAC (50/60 Hz)
