Manual sample punch

Manual sample punch

B/36-AL

The laboratory manual punch B/36-AL is a tabletop press that enables test specimens for material testing to be punched out of flat, soft materials such as rubber, plastic, leather, paper and textiles with relatively little effort. The punching knives can be easily clamped into the gripper jaw chuck. The ejector built into each punching knife is actuated by an adjustable ejector pin in the punch, so that the punched parts are automatically ejected after each punching operation. During the punching process, the punching material is not compressed by the ejector. The manual die cutter is equipped with a depth stop to protect the cutting pad. This can be precisely adjusted and limits the penetration of the punching blades into the punching pad. In addition to the main use of the hand punch in laboratories, there are many other applications where parts occasionally have to be punched out, for example, for punching out seals, textile and carpet samples, etc. For punching specimens from metal foils, the B/36-AL can also be equipped with punching tools with punch and die.
